• If your cookies arrive stale or damaged, we'll replace them free of charge
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for freshness issues

• Incorrect items in your order
• Missing items from your order
• Cookies that don't meet our quality standards

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable)
3. We'll provide a prepaid return label if needed
4. Refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days

What We Cannot Accept
